ON ramp:

Every one of our members start with 5 one-on-one personal training sessions. ‘OnRamp’ is designed to equip those who have never experienced CrossFit with the foundational movements of the sport as well as an opportunity to share our fitness philosophy. More importantly it’s your opportunity to ask questions and ours to find out more about your goals, so that we can help you meet them.

Unlimited Membership:

Full access to all group classes Monday - Friday, including Open Gym hours.

We’ve heard countless times, “I’ve been paying for a gym membership for years, but I never go because I don’t know what to do or when I do go I just get on a treadmill.” At CFSL know that there will always be a place for you. Our coaches create workouts just for you that change every day, and in every session we will show you, teach you, guide you and coach you from beginning to end.

personal training:

While we believe that our group classes are rewarding and give you the results you are looking for, there may be times that you are interested in working on a particular aspect of your training. For example, some of our members often want special training in olympic lifting or power lifting and some are looking to work on specific gymnastic abilities. Our personal training sessions give you that one on one opportunity that help you hone your skills.

We also realize that often people come to us who have felt isolated or embarrassed in other gyms and in their world and have missed out on the benefits of getting their body moving. We’ve worked with men and women who have lost limbs, have had strokes, struggle with obesity or who just need more time getting in the groove of group classes. You may feel more comfortable getting a few sessions under your belt with a trainer in a one-on-one setting before hitting our group classes. We love that. Time together gives us a better perspective of your personal needs so that we can better serve you as you move into our regular classes.

$50/hour or $225 for 5 sessions


Nutrition coaching:

The backbone of our success is our focus on sound nutrition, not starvation or deprivation. We understand that it is often a lack of knowledge that keep us in the same endless cycle of losing weight and then gaining more. Our perspective is one of education first as to what healthy foods and portions look like and then side by side accountability to help you find your best self.
